How do i get paid when a domain sells?

You can choose to be paid instantly* when your domain sells or set your account to request payouts on demand. We offer payout methods like bank transfer or credit on your SirsteveHQ account. Fees for each payout method vary and are paid by the seller. Funds are available for new sellers five days after the order is fulfilled.

How can i sell a domain?

You cannot sell a domain if you don't have the domain registered on SirsteveHQ. To sell a domain from a different registrar, you have to transfer the domain to SirsteveHQ before you can sell the domain. If you have a domain on SirsteveHQ, then you are eligible to sell the domain on SirsteveHQ.

How can i bid a domain?

You can bid the domain at our domain auction market on your Client Area. You'll have to put your price and make a partial payment of 50% of your price, then if you win the bid, you could go ahead to complete the full amount to get the domain. If you lost the bid, you'll be refunded of your 50% partial payment. You will also get an email notification to follow up on your bidding process. However, if you win the bid, don't forget to contact the seller to change the WHOIS information of the domain to your information.

Do you take a fee from our sales?
