We’re happy to provide free cPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin migrations under the following conditions:
- The migration request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of your hosting purchase.
- We must be able to obtain either a full backup or partial backups from your current web host.
- The size of the control panel account must not exceed 8GB in size.
However, if you want to migrate to our SirsteveHQ CP hosting plans (i.e., Cloud Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Managed VPS), we do not have a size limit for this migration. We can migrate sites of any size, from the smallest to the largest, free of charge.
