This limitation applies to the combined size of your website files, databases, and emails. If your account exceeds this limit, consider optimizing your data before proceeding.
Order Hosting
Our migration service is available to ONLY new customers. Please ensure you have purchased a hosting account with us to which your hosting will be transferred. This service is available for all packages across all platforms. We currently do not offer migration services for addon websites.
Request Migration
To request a migration, please open a ticket with our support team. In your ticket, provide all the necessary details to ensure a smooth and efficient migration process. Our support team will review your request and assist you throughout the process to ensure your website is seamlessly migrated with minimal downtime. While transferring your domain to SIRSTEVEHQ is not required, it is highly recommended for a seamless experience.

Provide your login details to cPanel/WHM and we can migrate an individual or multiple websites into our hosting platform. If you login to cPanel at https://cpanel.server.com:2083, the hostname is "cpanel.server.com".

It all depends on the size of the site. The time it takes to move is dependent on the amount of data being transferred and the complexity of the website. Some migrations can take up to six hours, although the average time to migrate is 2 hours. For most sites, it will be as quick as clicking ‘migrate’, making a coffee – and your site will be migrated!

The simple answer is that nothing can go wrong. No files at your current host are deleted in the process of transferring your website. So, even in the extremely unlikely event that something happened, we can always try again.
The migration process will never cause downtime: your site will remain live on your previous hosting until you’re happy with your SIRSTEVEHQ site.
