Remote Support Session Agreement (RSSA)

Upon accepting a remote session from a SirsteveHQ representative in order to assist you with a technical issue, you agree to accept responsibility for any changes made to the desktop content or system settings. Please note that SirsteveHQ does not assume any liability concerning the linking and viewing of any desktop content, the operation of your software, or the performance of your system.

For your security and privacy, SirsteveHQ recommends that you close any applications that are displaying content such as personal or confidential information prior to allowing SirsteveHQ’s operator to initiate a remote support session. SirsteveHQ may initiate a security scan of the remote system and/or network before starting any work. Additionally, SirsteveHQ recommends that you remain seated at your desk for the duration of the remote session. 

Any session set up and agreed upon by SirsteveHQ will be notified to you in advance. Your personal information is very important to us. It is your responsibility to regularly back up your data. SirsteveHQ cannot be held responsible for any data loss that occurs during or following a remote session. If you require assistance in setting up a backup procedure for your data, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

SirsteveHQ takes the utmost care in the operation of your computer. SirsteveHQ cannot, however, guarantee that our service will resolve your technical issue or that any attempt to resolve this issue will not result in additional issues.

SirsteveHQ may decline to offer a remote session for any reason and also cancel an active session at any time.
