- If there are funds in your SirsteveHQ balance, they will be automatically applied to your next invoice.
- Credit balances expire after 90 days. If you have funds in your credit balance, please use them within this period.
- Our online payment options are fully automated; once a successful payment is made, your account will be setup automatically by our system.
- If you make a payment using direct bank transfer as your payment method, please ensure you open a ticket with our Billing department and provide both the payment receipt and your invoice ID to have your order approved. Please include your order reference number in the payment description for faster processing.
- All connections to our services are forced to happen over HTTPS using TLS 1.2 (SSL). We use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with SirsteveHQ only over HTTPS. Card details are encrypted using AES-256 GCM while the decryption keys are stored on a separate machine. As such, cards are not stored as plain numbers but securely hidden even from SirsteveHQ personnel and systems. This ensures that payments are very safe on our platform.
