Access to POP, IMAP, and SMTP services is available to all SIRSTEVEHQ Mail users and always requires authentication with a username and password. For your security, SIRSTEVEHQ Mail requires access to services using the TLS protocol.

Allowed simultaneous sessions
In order to preserve and maintain a high level of service for all users, limits apply to the number of simultaneous connections via IMAP (50 allowed) and POP3 (10 allowed) that a single account can open from a specific IP address. This limit only applies when there is a high number of connections from the same username, while during normal use the user never notices the existence of this policy. If you reach this limit, you will receive an error in your email client and in Email log analysis you will be able to find evidence of this issue.
