Get your brand online in as little as 10 minutes with SIRSTEVEHQ BrandPilot.
This guide walks you through the essential steps, from purchasing BrandPilot and creating your workspace to developing your brand identity, generating your logo, building your website, connecting your domain, and publishing your new website.
BrandPilot uses AI to simplify the brand-building process while keeping you in control of the final result.
Step 1: Create Your BrandPilot Account
Start by purchasing an AI Brand Builder plan from the SIRSTEVEHQ website.
After completing your purchase:
- Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
- Navigate to your BrandPilot service.
- Click Launch BrandPilot.
- Follow the onboarding process to create your first Workspace.
During setup, you will be asked to provide some basic information about your brand, including:
- Your brand or business name
- Your industry or business category
- Basic information about what your business does
For example, you might select an industry such as Food & Beverage, SaaS, Fashion, Technology, Consulting, Retail, or another relevant category.
BrandPilot will then create your workspace and take you to the main dashboard.
What is a Workspace?
A Workspace is the central environment where your brand is managed.
Your workspace can contain your brand strategy, logo, website, brand assets, social media content, products, store information, and other settings associated with that brand.
If you are building more than one brand, separate workspaces can help you keep each brand's information and assets organized.
Step 2: Generate Your Brand Strategy
Your Brand Strategy provides the foundation for the rest of your brand.
Rather than trying to develop your brand identity from scratch, you can use BrandPilot's AI Copilot to help create your initial strategy.
To get started:
- Open Brand Building → Brand Strategy from the sidebar.
- Open the AI Copilot chat panel.
- Describe your business, target audience, products or services, and the type of brand you want to build.
- You can also select a Quick Template if you want to start with a predefined direction.
- Click Generate.
For example, you could describe your business like this:
"A premium specialty coffee brand focused on single-origin beans. Our audience is urban professionals aged 25–40 who care about craft, quality, and sustainability."
BrandPilot uses the information you provide to generate your initial Brand DNA.
Your Brand DNA can include:
- Brand archetype
- Brand voice
- Target audience
- Taglines
- Mission
- Vision
- Market positioning
- Brand personality
- Color palette
You do not have to accept the first result as final. You can review the generated strategy, make adjustments, and regenerate individual sections where necessary.
Tip: Give the AI More Context
The quality and relevance of AI-generated results can improve when you provide useful information about your business.
Instead of simply saying:
"I want a clothing brand."
Provide more context, such as your target customer, product type, price range, style, location, and what makes the business different.
The more clearly you communicate your business idea, the more useful your starting point can be.
Step 3: Find Your Brand Name and Domain
Once you have established your brand direction, you can explore potential business names and domain names.
Go to:
Brand Building → Name & Domain
From here:
- Describe your business to the AI Copilot.
- Explain the type of name you are looking for.
- Alternatively, select an available category template.
- Generate your suggestions.
- Review the available names and corresponding domain options.
- Select the name you want to use.
- Register the available domain where supported.
BrandPilot can generate multiple naming ideas based on the information you provide and display available domain options for consideration.
This makes it easier to evaluate your brand name and online identity together, rather than choosing a business name first and discovering later that the preferred domain is unavailable.
Choose Your Name Carefully
Your business name can become one of your most recognizable brand assets.
Before registering a name, consider factors such as:
- How easy it is to pronounce
- How easy it is to remember
- Whether it represents your business
- Whether the domain is available
- Whether it could be confused with another business
- Whether the name can accommodate future business growth
Where applicable, you should also conduct appropriate trademark and business-name checks before committing to a name.
Step 4: Generate Your Logo
With your brand direction and name established, you can create your visual identity using the Logo Generator.
Navigate to:
Brand Building → Logo Generator
You can either describe the visual direction you want to explore or allow BrandPilot to use information from your existing brand strategy as a starting point.
You can then:
- Describe your desired logo style using the AI Copilot.
- Generate multiple logo concepts.
- Review the concepts presented to you.
- Select a concept you want to develop further.
- Click Edit to open the Logo Editor.
- Refine elements such as colors, typography, icons, and layout.
- Export your finished logo as SVG or PNG.
Your generated logo can also be stored automatically within Brand Assets, making it available for use across your other BrandPilot projects.
Why Use SVG?
SVG is particularly useful for logos because it is a vector format that can be scaled to different sizes without the same loss of quality associated with raster images.
For example, the same logo can be used across a website, social media graphics, business cards, and larger printed materials.
Step 5: Build Your Website
Once your brand identity is ready, you can use BrandPilot to create your website.
Go to:
Digital Presence → Website Builder → AI Site Builder
You can describe the website you want to create using natural language or start from an available template.
For example:
"Create a modern website for a premium specialty coffee company. Include Home, About, Products, Blog, Contact, and Shop pages. Use a clean, premium visual style with a warm and welcoming feel."
BrandPilot can use your instructions and existing brand information to establish the initial website structure.
The process generally involves:
- Describe your website requirements.
- Specify the pages and functionality you need.
- Describe your preferred design style.
- Review the generated website summary.
- Click Generate Website.
- Review the generated pages.
- Use the visual editor to refine the content and layout.
- Make any necessary changes.
- Publish the website when you are satisfied with the result.
The AI-generated website gives you a starting point. You remain in control and can refine the website before publishing it.
Review Your Website Before Publishing
AI can significantly speed up website creation, but you should always review the generated website before making it publicly available.
Check:
- Business name
- Contact information
- Prices
- Product information
- Images
- Links
- Call-to-action buttons
- About page content
- Spelling and grammar
- Mobile responsiveness
- SEO information
Make sure important business information is accurate before clicking Publish.
Step 6: Connect Your Domain and Go Live
After completing your website, the final step is connecting your domain.
Navigate to:
Digital Presence → Managed Hosting
From there, connect the domain associated with your website and follow the instructions provided by BrandPilot.
Once the domain connection and required DNS configuration are complete, your website can become accessible through your custom domain.
For example:
yourbrand.com
Instead of sharing a temporary website address, your customers can visit your business through a domain that matches your brand.
Step 7: Continue Building Your Brand
Launching your website is only the beginning.
Once your core brand is established, BrandPilot provides additional tools that can help you continue developing your business presence.
You can explore features such as:
- Brand Assets for organizing your brand files
- Social Media for creating and managing social content
- Web2Print for physical brand materials
- eCommerce for selling products online
- Website Builder for continuing to improve your website
- Brand Strategy for refining your brand direction
Your brand can continue to evolve as your business grows.
Monitor Your Brand Score
Keep an eye on your Brand Score from the BrandPilot dashboard.
The Brand Score acts as a progress indicator, showing how much of your brand setup has been completed and highlighting areas that may still require attention.
Use it as a guide while working through the different stages of building your brand.
The goal is not simply to reach 100%. More importantly, use the available tools to make sure your brand has the information, assets, and digital presence it needs.
From Business Idea to Live Brand
SIRSTEVEHQ BrandPilot brings multiple stages of brand creation into one AI-powered platform.
You can start with an idea, develop your brand strategy, explore a name and domain, create your logo, build your website, establish your digital presence, and publish your business online.
Instead of starting with multiple disconnected tools, BrandPilot gives you a centralized environment for turning your business idea into a functioning brand.
Your idea is the starting point. BrandPilot helps you build what comes next.
