Dashboard - BrandPilot

The BrandPilot Dashboard is your brand's central workspace. It gives you a quick overview of your brand's progress, recent activity, website status, social media activity, and other important areas of your brand.

Instead of checking each module individually, the Dashboard brings key information together in one place so you can see what has been completed, what needs attention, and what you can work on next.

Dashboard Overview

When you open SIRSTEVEHQ BrandPilot, the Dashboard provides a personalized overview of your current brand workspace.

You can use the Dashboard to quickly understand:

  • Your current Brand Score
  • Your brand-building progress
  • Recent activity within your workspace
  • Upcoming social media posts
  • Website and domain status
  • Brand assets and other resources
  • Store activity when eCommerce is enabled
  • Recommended actions to continue building your brand

The information displayed may change as you create more assets, connect services, publish your website, and begin using additional BrandPilot features.

Brand Score

The Brand Score is a percentage that represents how much of your core brand foundation has been completed.

BrandPilot uses your progress across key brand-building activities to help you understand how far your brand has progressed from setup to launch.

Core areas may include:

  1. Brand Strategy
  2. Name & Domain
  3. Logo Generator
  4. Brand Assets and Collateral
  5. Website Builder
  6. Hosting and Website Launch
  7. Social Media

As you complete important steps, your Brand Score increases. The goal is to build a complete, consistent, and launch-ready brand.

The Brand Score is displayed prominently on your Dashboard, making it easy to identify what still needs to be completed.

When an incomplete step is available, select the relevant action to continue directly to that part of BrandPilot.

Tip: Your Brand Score is a progress indicator, not a measure of your business's financial performance or market success. It is designed to help you track how much of your brand foundation has been built inside BrandPilot.

Dashboard Statistics

The Dashboard provides key statistics that help you understand your current brand activity at a glance.

Depending on the features you have enabled, you may see information such as:

Metric What it shows
Brand Score Your overall brand-building progress
Brand Assets Assets available in your Brand Library
Posts Scheduled Upcoming social media posts
Website Activity Available information about your website and its activity

Additional statistics may appear when you use features such as eCommerce and Web2Print.

For example, an active store may display information relating to:

  • Products
  • Orders
  • Store activity
  • Print orders

The exact information available on your Dashboard may depend on the features and services connected to your workspace.

Brand Journey

The Brand Journey gives you a visual overview of the major stages involved in building your brand.

Each stage helps you move from an initial business idea to a more complete digital brand presence.

A typical journey includes:

  • Brand Strategy: Define your brand foundation, positioning, voice, mission, vision, and other strategic elements.
  • Name & Domain: Develop your brand name and explore an available domain.
  • Logo Generator: Create and refine your visual identity.
  • Brand Assets: Build and organize important brand materials.
  • Website Builder: Create your website and establish your online presence.
  • Hosting and Launch: Connect your domain and make your website accessible online.
  • Social Media: Create and manage content for your social channels.

Additional BrandPilot modules, including eCommerce, Web2Print, and the Brand Library, can support your brand as it grows.

Each available step provides a convenient way to continue working on the relevant part of your brand.

Recommendations

BrandPilot can highlight actions that may help you continue developing your brand.

Recommendations are based on the current state of your workspace and the areas you have already completed.

For example, you may be prompted to:

  • Complete an unfinished brand strategy
  • Create your logo
  • Add important brand assets
  • Build your website
  • Connect your domain
  • Create social media content
  • Complete other unfinished areas of your brand

When a recommendation is available, use the associated action to go directly to the relevant BrandPilot module.

These recommendations are intended to help you maintain momentum and avoid overlooking important parts of your brand setup.

Quick Actions

The Dashboard provides shortcuts to commonly used brand-building activities.

Depending on your workspace, these may include:

  • Continue building your brand
  • Generate a logo
  • Search for a domain
  • Build your website
  • Create social media content

Quick Actions allow you to move directly from the Dashboard to the feature you want to use without navigating through multiple menus.

Upcoming Social Posts

If you use BrandPilot's social media tools, the Dashboard can provide an overview of upcoming scheduled posts.

You may see information such as:

  • Social media platform
  • Scheduled date and time
  • Post preview
  • Caption or content summary

You can use the available scheduling action to open the Social Media area and manage your scheduled content.

BrandPilot supports social media workflows for platforms available within your account, including LinkedIn and Instagram.

Domain & Website Status

The Dashboard can also provide an overview of your online presence.

Domain

Your domain information may include details such as:

  • Connected domain
  • Domain status
  • Renewal information
  • Domain management options

Use the available management option to access the relevant domain settings.

Website

Your website section helps you quickly identify the current state of your website.

Depending on your setup, you may see whether your website is:

  • In progress
  • Draft
  • Published
  • Live

You can also use the available actions to edit your website or visit the published version.

Store Overview

If you use the BrandPilot eCommerce features, the Dashboard can provide an overview of your online store.

Store information may include:

  • Number of products
  • Orders
  • Store activity
  • Revenue information
  • A link to manage your store

This gives you a quick way to monitor your store without leaving your BrandPilot workspace.

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity section provides a chronological overview of important actions within your workspace.

Activities may include:

  • Social media posts being scheduled or published
  • New store orders
  • Brand assets being created or exported
  • Website pages being updated
  • Print orders
  • Other important workspace activities

Each activity can provide relevant information, such as the action performed, the affected module, and when the activity occurred.

This is particularly useful when working on your brand regularly or when multiple team members have access to the same workspace.

Using the Dashboard to Build Your Brand

You do not need to complete every BrandPilot feature before launching your business.

A practical approach is to establish your core brand foundation first, then expand your brand presence over time.

A useful starting sequence is:

Strategy → Name & Domain → Logo → Website → Hosting & Launch → Social Media → Additional Brand Assets

Once your core identity and website are established, you can continue expanding into social media, eCommerce, Web2Print, additional brand assets, and other BrandPilot features.

Keep Your Brand Moving Forward

The Dashboard is designed to help you understand what has been completed, what needs attention, and what you can do next.

Check your Brand Score regularly, review your recommendations, monitor your website and social activity, and use the available shortcuts to continue building your brand.

Your Dashboard becomes more useful as your BrandPilot workspace grows, giving you a central view of the brand you are building.
