SIRSTEVEHQ BrandPilot lets you register supported domain names directly from the Name & Domain module. Registered domains can be associated with your workspace and used as part of your website and digital presence.
Registering a Domain
- Find the name and domain you want in the Name Generator
- Click on a domain option marked Free or showing a price
- Complete the registration checkout. Payment is processed securely
- Once registered, your domain becomes available in your workspace's domain management area
Domain Pricing
Prices shown when searching for a domain represent the applicable registration fee for the selected domain extension. Pricing varies depending on the TLD and domain name.

Renewal pricing may differ from the initial registration price. Always review the applicable registration and renewal pricing before completing your purchase.
Domain Status
Once registered, your domain can appear in your workspace's domain management area with information such as:
- Domain name
- Registration date
- Renewal date
- Status (Active / Expiring soon / Expired)
The BrandPilot dashboard may also display domain-related information and renewal reminders where available.
Connecting to Your Website
After registering a domain, you can connect it to your website:
- Go to Digital Presence → Website Builder
- Open your website's domain or publishing settings
- Select or enter the domain you want to use
- Follow the DNS or domain connection instructions provided by BrandPilot
DNS changes may require time to propagate. In many cases, changes become visible within minutes, but full propagation can take longer depending on DNS providers and network caching.
Searching an Existing Name
If you already have a brand name in mind and want to check domain availability:
- Click Search specific domain in the Name & Domain or Copilot interface
- Type the domain name, for example,
luminarycoffee.com - BrandPilot checks the domain's availability where supported
- Available options appear with the applicable pricing
Managing Domains
Domain management options are available through your workspace's domain management area. Depending on the domain and available features, this may include registration details, renewal information, DNS settings, and other domain-related actions.
RENEW BEFORE EXPIRY
Renew your domains before their expiration date to help prevent service interruption or potential loss of the domain. Renewal availability and notification options may vary depending on your domain and account configuration. Make sure your account notifications are enabled so you can receive important domain and billing reminders.
