Logo Generator Overview - BrandPilot

The Logo Generator creates professional, vector-quality logo concepts from a plain-language description. Logo concepts can be developed for use across print, web, social media, and other brand materials.

How It Works

The Logo Generator uses a two-panel layout:

  • Left panel — Logo AI Copilot
  • Right panel — Generated logo concepts and brand mockups

AI Copilot

Describe your visual vision in the Copilot chat. The AI can use your brand strategy, including your archetype, colors, personality, and other brand information, as context when generating logo concepts that fit your brand identity.

You can also choose how many concepts to generate, where multiple concept options are available.

Option Credits used
1 concept Varies
4 concepts Varies
6 concepts Varies

The applicable credit requirement is displayed in BrandPilot before you generate your concepts.

Example prompts

"Minimalist wordmark with 'Luminary Coffee' in warm golden serif font, a subtle steam curl forming a glowing halo above the cup"

"Bold geometric icon mark, a hexagon with a lightning bolt inside. Clean, modern, tech-forward. Dark navy and electric blue."

"Playful hand-drawn mascot, a smiling fox holding a pencil. Warm orange, friendly, great for a kids' education app."

Quick Concept Descriptions

The Copilot can also surface pre-written concept descriptions that you can select as starting points, such as:

  • "Minimalist wordmark with…"
  • "Circular emblem featuring…"
  • "Abstract mark of…"
  • "Hand-illustrated vintage lantern…"

These are AI-generated starting points tailored to your brand and business type. Select one to use it as the prompt, or edit it before generating your logo.

Logo Concepts Panel

Generated concepts appear in the right panel. Each concept card can show:

  • The logo rendered at scale
  • The concept label, such as bold concept or minimal concept
  • An Edit button to open the Logo Editor

GENERATE 4 OR 6 CONCEPTS

Generating multiple concepts gives you more creative range and makes it easier to explore different visual directions before committing to a specific logo.

Brand Mockups

Below the logo concepts, BrandPilot can render your selected logo in brand mockups to help you see how it may look in real-world applications.

Mockup Context
Business Card Logo presented on a business card
Website Header Logo shown in a website navigation area
Social Avatar Logo adapted for a social media profile image
Letterhead Logo presented on a branded document header

Brand mockups help you evaluate how your logo may perform across different brand touchpoints before finalizing your design.

Logo Editor

Click Edit on any concept to open the Logo Editor. The editor allows you to refine your selected concept and make adjustments to your logo before saving or exporting it.

Saving & Exporting

Your selected logo can be saved to Brand Assets when you:

  • Click Apply in the Logo Editor
  • Export the logo in a supported format such as SVG or PNG

Saved logo files can be accessed from Brand Assets, where you can keep your logo and other brand materials organized in one place.
