SIRSTEVEHQ BrandPilot generates professional business card designs using your brand strategy and contact information. Designs can be saved to your Brand Assets and, where physical printing is available, may also be sent for print production.

Creating a Business Card

Step 1 — Open Collateral

Go to Brand Building → Collateral from the sidebar.

Step 2 — Describe or pick a template

In the Generate tab of the AI Copilot:

  • Describe your desired card style in plain language, or
  • Click a Quick Template such as Minimal, Bold, Luxury, Tech, Creative, or Corporate

Step 3 — Add your contact details

Click the Details tab and fill in the relevant information:

Field Example
Full name Alex Morgan
Job title Founder & CEO
Email alex@luminarycoffee.com
Phone +31 6 12345678
Website luminarycoffee.com
Address Amsterdam, Netherlands

These details can be incorporated into the card layout when the design is generated.

Step 4 — Adjust style

Click the Style tab to modify available design options, such as:

  • Layout — Choose an available horizontal or vertical card orientation
  • Color palette — Use your brand palette or adjust the available colors
  • Typography — Adjust available font combinations for your name, title, and contact information

Step 5 — Generate

Click Generate in the Copilot. Your business card design appears in the preview area, including the available front and back layouts.

Step 6 — Review and refine

Review your card design carefully. You can:

  • Continue refining it through the Copilot, such as "Make the card darker" or "Use a white version of the logo"
  • Update your contact information in the Details tab and regenerate
  • Change available layout and styling options in the Style tab

Step 7 — Save and order

When you're happy with the design:

  1. Click Save design to save the card to Brand Assets → Print Collateral, where available
  2. If physical printing is available for your account and design, use the available print-ordering option to continue with production

Business card specifications can vary depending on the available print workflow and production options. Before sending a design to print, review the specifications provided by BrandPilot for your selected format.

Common print considerations include:

Bleed Based on the applicable print specification
Color mode Based on the selected print workflow
Resolution Suitable for the selected print output
Format Available print-ready export format

Downloading Your Design

From Brand Assets → Print Collateral, you can access your saved business card designs and available exports.

Depending on the available export options, these may include:

  • Print-ready file — For use with a commercial printer
  • Digital preview — For digital use, such as presentations or email

Ordering Physical Prints

Where physical printing is available, follow the print-ordering options provided within BrandPilot to select your preferred production settings and complete your order.

Available quantities, print specifications, pricing, and delivery options may vary depending on the selected product and print service.

DESIGN BOTH SIDES

A professional business card can use both sides effectively. The front can focus on your name, title, and logo, while the back can contain contact information or another brand element. Consider using the back for a tagline, QR code, website, or subtle brand pattern while keeping the overall design clean and readable.
