Creating a Post
Click New post to open the post editor.

Content editor
The content editor supports common blog formatting options, including:
- Headings such as H2, H3, and H4
- Paragraphs
- Bold, italic, and underline formatting
- Bulleted and numbered lists
- Block quotes
- Images, where supported
- Links
Use these formatting options to structure your article clearly and make longer posts easier to read.
Featured Image
Click Add featured image to choose an image for your post.
Depending on the options available in your BrandPilot workspace, you may be able to:
- Search Pixabay to find a suitable free stock image by keyword
- Upload from device to use your own image
A strong featured image can help make your article more visually appealing when it appears on your blog listing or other website sections.
AI Post Generation
Click Generate with AI when creating a new post.
You can provide information such as:
- The post topic or title
- The desired content length
- The preferred writing tone, such as informational, conversational, or authoritative
BrandPilot can use your brand information and Brand Strategy as context when generating content. This helps keep AI-generated articles aligned with your brand's positioning, audience, and communication style.
AI-generated content should always be reviewed and edited before publishing. Check the facts, wording, formatting, links, and overall relevance to your audience before making the article live.
Bulk Post Generation
Click Bulk create to generate multiple blog posts from a list of topics.
The general workflow is:
- Enter a list of topics, with each topic on a separate line, or provide a supported comma-separated list.
- Set the default content length and tone.
- Start the generation process.
- Review the generated drafts individually before publishing.
Bulk generation can help you create a content pipeline more efficiently when you already have a list of planned topics.
Credit usage may apply to AI-generated content. The applicable credit requirement is shown within BrandPilot and may depend on the generation action and your current plan.
Managing Posts
The blog index shows your existing posts and provides information such as:
- Title
- Status, such as Draft or Published
- Category
- Publication date
- Edit actions
- Delete actions
Use the post list to review your content and manage articles that have already been created.
Filtering
You can filter posts by Status, such as All, Draft, or Published, and by Category where those filtering options are available.
Filtering is particularly useful when your website contains a large number of articles.
Publishing a post
Open a draft post and change its Status from Draft to Published, then save your changes.
Once published, the article becomes available on your website using its assigned URL slug.
Before publishing, review the title, URL, featured image, excerpt, content, links, and SEO information to make sure everything is ready.
Blog on Your Website
Your website's blog is available through the Blog section of your published website. Published articles can appear in the blog index with information such as:
- Featured image
- Title
- Excerpt
- Category
- Publication date
The blog index is designed to reflect your published content. When you publish or unpublish posts, the available articles shown on the blog may update accordingly.
SEO TIP
Each blog post can have its own URL, making your articles useful as individual pages for search engine visibility.
Use a clear, descriptive URL slug and write a relevant Meta Title and Meta Description where the SEO settings are available. Your Excerpt should also accurately summarize the article and give readers a reason to continue reading.
Focus on creating useful, original content for your audience rather than simply filling your website with keywords. Well-structured articles that genuinely answer your visitors' questions can support your broader SEO strategy.
