The Social Media module lets you create, schedule, and manage social media content from your connected accounts. Your content can be created manually or with AI assistance, while your Brand Strategy can provide context to help maintain a consistent tone, messaging style, and brand identity.
Module Structure
Social Media is organized into four main tabs:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Overview | Dashboard for connected accounts, scheduled posts, and social media activity |
| Create Post | Create new posts manually or with AI assistance |
| Calendar | View and manage your planned social media content |
| Accounts | Connect and manage your supported social media accounts |
The exact options available may depend on the social platforms currently supported by your BrandPilot account.
Supported Platforms
BrandPilot supports social media publishing for selected platforms, including:
| Platform | Post types |
|---|---|
| Supported image and social content formats, depending on the available integration | |
| Text and image posts, where supported |
Social media integrations can change over time as BrandPilot adds new publishing capabilities. Check the Accountssection in your workspace to see which platforms are currently available for connection.
Analytics
Social media analytics may be available as BrandPilot expands its social media capabilities.
When analytics are supported for a connected platform, you may be able to review information such as impressions, reach, engagement, and other available post performance metrics.
Analytics availability can vary by platform and integration.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab provides a central view of your social media activity.
It may show:
- Connected accounts: The social platforms currently connected to your BrandPilot workspace
- Upcoming posts: Scheduled content, including the selected platform, publishing date, time, and available caption preview
- Recent activity: Information about recently created, scheduled, or published content
- Post performance: Available performance information for published content when analytics are supported
Use the Overview tab to quickly check whether your accounts are connected and see what content is scheduled next.
