Web2Print - BrandPilot

Web2Print allows you to turn your digital brand collateral into physical printed materials. Where Web2Print ordering is available, you can select eligible designs created in BrandPilot and submit them for printing and delivery.

This creates a connected workflow from designing your collateral to preparing it for physical use.

How It Works

  1. Design your collateral in Brand Building → Collateral.
  2. Save the completed design to Brand Assets.
  3. Open Growth → Web2Print and select an eligible design.
  4. Choose the available print options and delivery details.
  5. Review your order and complete the checkout process.

Available products, print options, delivery locations, and ordering features may vary depending on the current Web2Print service.

Supported Products

Web2Print may support selected types of brand collateral, depending on availability.

Product Description Options
Business Cards Physical business cards created from your BrandPilot collateral design Available sizes, finishes, and quantities are shown during checkout

Additional print products may become available as the Web2Print service expands.

Placing an Order

Step 1 — Select Your Design

Open Growth → Web2Print.

Eligible designs saved in your Brand Assets library may appear as selectable options. Choose the design you want to print.

If you have not created your collateral yet, return to the Collateral module to create and save a design before placing your order.

Step 2 — Choose Quantity and Finish

Select the available print options for your chosen product.

Depending on the product, available options may include:

Option Choices
Quantity Available quantities are displayed during checkout
Paper Finish Available finishes are displayed based on the selected product
Corners Available corner options are displayed where supported

The available choices and pricing are shown before you confirm the order.

Step 3 — Confirm Print Specifications

Before submitting your order, review the available print specifications and any preflight information provided by BrandPilot.

This may include details such as:

Spec Description
File Format Required print-ready format
Color Mode Required color format for printing
Resolution Recommended or required image resolution
Bleed Required additional design area beyond the trim edge, where applicable
Safe Zone Recommended area for keeping important text and elements away from the trim edge

If BrandPilot identifies an issue with your design, follow the instructions provided to correct it before placing the order.

Step 4 — Shipping Address

Enter the address where you want your printed materials delivered.

Available delivery locations, shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during the ordering process where supported.

Review the address carefully before continuing to payment.

Step 5 — Payment and Confirm

Review your order details, including:

  • Selected design
  • Product
  • Quantity
  • Finish
  • Shipping address
  • Delivery cost
  • Total price

When everything is correct, complete the available payment process and confirm your order.

Order Status

After placing an order, you may be able to track its progress from the Web2Print order area.

Depending on the fulfillment workflow, statuses may include:

Status Meaning
Processing Your order has been received and is being prepared
In Production Your order is currently being printed
Shipped Your order has been dispatched for delivery
Delivered The order has been marked as delivered

Available statuses and tracking information may vary depending on the fulfillment provider and order.

Order-related activity may also appear in relevant BrandPilot activity areas where supported.

Turnaround Times

Production and delivery times depend on the selected product, quantity, finishing options, delivery destination, and available shipping method.

Review the estimated production and delivery time displayed during checkout before placing your order.

If express production or expedited shipping is available for your order, the applicable options and additional costs will be displayed during checkout.

Reordering

Where reordering is supported, you can use your previous Web2Print orders as a starting point for placing another order.

Review the saved design, quantity, finish, shipping details, and current pricing before confirming a reorder. Previous pricing or availability may not remain the same for future orders.

ORDER ALONGSIDE YOUR BRAND LAUNCH

Physical brand materials are most useful when they are ready when you need them.

If you have an upcoming meeting, conference, networking event, client presentation, or business launch, plan your print order in advance. Allow enough time for production and shipping based on the delivery estimate provided during checkout.

This gives you time to review the finished materials and address any delivery or design issues before your event.
