Images
Upload product images to showcase what you are selling.
The first image may be used as the primary image for product listings, depending on your storefront configuration. Where supported, you can reorder images to control their presentation.
For the best results:
- Use clear, high-quality product photography.
- Keep image dimensions and file sizes within the limits shown by BrandPilot.
- Use supported image formats such as JPG or PNG.
- Use consistent image styles across products.
The current upload limits and supported formats are displayed in BrandPilot when you add images.
Variants
Products can have variants, allowing customers to choose between different versions of the same product.
Examples include:
- Size
- Color
- Material
- Model
- Storage capacity
Adding variants:
- Click Add Variant Option.
- Enter the option name, such as Size or Color.
- Add the available option values, such as S, M, L, XL.
- If supported, BrandPilot creates the available variant combinations.
- Configure pricing, inventory, SKU, or other information for individual variants where required.
Use variants when several versions of a product should be managed as part of the same product listing.

| Track Quantity | Enable inventory tracking for the product |
| Quantity | Current available stock |
| Low Stock Alert | Set a threshold for low-stock notifications, where supported |

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Physical Product | Identifies whether the product requires physical delivery |
| Weight | Product weight used for shipping calculations where supported |

|---|---|
| Category | Assign the product to an appropriate category |
| Collection | Add the product to a collection for storefront organization |
| Tags | Add searchable labels for internal organization and filtering |
Categories and collections can make it easier for customers to browse related products.
Status
Products can have different publication states.
- Published: The product is available on your storefront according to your store configuration.
- Draft: The product is saved in your catalog but is not publicly available for purchase.
Keep products in Draft while they are still being prepared. Publish them when the product information, images, pricing, and inventory are ready.
Editing a Product
Click a product in the product list to open its editor.
Update the information you need to change, then click Save to apply your changes.
Regularly review product information to ensure that prices, descriptions, images, inventory, and availability remain accurate.
Deleting a Product
Open the product and use the available Delete Product action.
Before deleting a product, consider whether it has existing orders, sales history, or other information you may need later. Where permanent deletion is restricted or unavailable, use Draft or another available archive-style option to remove the product from your storefront while retaining its records.
Bulk Actions
Where bulk management is available, select multiple products using the checkboxes and choose an available bulk action.
Possible actions may include:
- Change Status: Move selected products between Draft and Published
- Delete Selected: Remove selected products where deletion is permitted
- Add to Collection: Add multiple products to a collection
Bulk actions can save time when making the same change across several products, especially when managing a larger catalog.
