The Storefront section controls how your online store looks and is organized, including the shop homepage layout, featured collections, navigation, promotional content, and other visual settings.

What the Storefront Controls

Setting Description
Shop URL The path where your online store is accessible
Shop name The display name shown in the store header
Shop homepage layout How collections and featured products are presented
Featured collections Which collections appear on the shop homepage
Banner / hero Promotional or brand content displayed at the top of the shop
Products per page Controls how many products are displayed on each store page, where supported
Sort order default Determines how products are ordered by default, such as newest or price

Shop URL

Your online store is accessible through the store URL configured for your website. Depending on your setup, the store may use a dedicated path such as /shop.

You can configure the store URL from the storefront settings when this option is available.

To change it, go to Storefront → Settings and update the Shop URL field.

Collections

Collections group related products together, making it easier for customers to browse your store.

For example:

  • Single Origin Beans
  • Equipment
  • Gift Sets
  • New Arrivals
  • Best Sellers

Creating a collection

  1. Click New Collection.
  2. Enter a collection name and description.
  3. Choose how products are added, depending on the available options:
    • Manual: Select products individually.
    • Automatic: Define rules that determine which products are included.
  4. Upload a collection image if supported.
  5. Click Save.

Featured collections

You can feature selected collections on your shop homepage to make important product categories easier to discover.

Go to Storefront → Homepage and select or arrange the collections you want to feature, where supported.

Featured collections are particularly useful for highlighting seasonal products, new arrivals, best sellers, or important product categories.

Shop Banner / Hero

The shop homepage can include a promotional hero section that helps introduce your store or highlight important offers.

Common uses include:

  • New collection announcements
  • Sale promotions
  • Seasonal campaigns
  • Product launches
  • Brand storytelling

Configure the banner from Storefront → Homepage → Banner, where available.

Depending on the available storefront options, you may be able to configure:

  • Headline text
  • Subheading
  • Button label and link
  • Background image
  • Background color

Keep your hero message short and make the main call to action clear so visitors immediately understand what they can do next.

Storefront Theme

Your store's visual appearance is connected to the theme used by your website.

To change your store's overall visual style, go to Website Builder → Themes and select an available theme.

Your theme may affect elements such as:

  • Typography
  • Colors
  • Buttons
  • Product presentation
  • Navigation
  • Page layouts
  • Overall brand appearance

When changing themes, review your storefront afterward to make sure your products, collections, images, and other content still appear as expected.

Navigation

Your store navigation controls the menu customers use to move between different areas of your online store.

Where supported, you can manage storefront navigation from:

Storefront → Navigation

You may be able to:

  1. Add menu items.
  2. Remove menu items.
  3. Reorder menu items.
  4. Link to collections.
  5. Link to website pages.
  6. Add external URLs.

Keep your navigation simple and organize it around the pages and product categories customers are most likely to visit.

Cart and Checkout

Cart and checkout functionality is integrated into the eCommerce experience and works with the storefront configuration available in BrandPilot.

Customers can add products to their cart, review their order, and proceed through the available checkout process.

Available payment methods and checkout options depend on the payment provider and integrations configured for your store.

Before accepting orders, make sure your payment provider, products, pricing, shipping settings, and other required store settings have been configured correctly.

Going Live

Your storefront becomes available to customers when your website and store have been published successfully.

Before publishing, review your storefront to confirm that:

  • Your products are correctly displayed.
  • Product images are clear.
  • Collections are organized properly.
  • Store navigation works correctly.
  • Prices and product information are accurate.
  • Your cart and checkout process work as expected.
  • Your domain is connected correctly.
  • Your store reflects your brand identity.

Once your website is live, you can continue managing products, orders, customers, inventory, discounts, and other eCommerce settings from SIRSTEVEHQ BrandPilot.

Keep your storefront updated as you add products, launch collections, and run new promotions.
