Workspace Profile - BrandPilot

Settings → Workspace → Workspace manages your workspace identity, metadata, and permanent workspace actions.

Workspace Profile Fields

Workspace ID

A unique system identifier assigned to your workspace when it is created.

The Workspace ID is generally used internally to identify your workspace and may be useful when contacting SIRSTEVEHQ support about workspace-related issues.

This field is read-only.

Created

The date your workspace was created.

This information is provided for reference and is read-only.

Current Plan

Your active BrandPilot subscription or service plan.

The available plan information depends on your account and the BrandPilot services associated with your workspace.

If plan management is available from your account, you can use the relevant billing or account settings to review or manage your subscription.

Slug

A URL-friendly identifier associated with your workspace.

The slug may be used internally or as part of workspace-related URLs and references.

Depending on the current BrandPilot configuration, slug requirements may apply, such as:

  • Using lowercase characters
  • Using hyphens instead of spaces
  • Maintaining a unique workspace identifier

If you change your workspace slug, review any links or integrations that may reference the previous value.

Workspace Name

The display name for your workspace. It identifies the workspace in relevant areas of the BrandPilot interface, such as the workspace switcher.

This is separate from the Brand Name configured under General Settings:

  • Workspace Name: Identifies the workspace within BrandPilot.
  • Brand Name: Represents the brand used in generated content and brand-related activities.

For users managing a single brand, the Workspace Name and Brand Name can typically be the same.

Saving Changes

Click Save changes to apply updates to Slug and Workspace Name.

Review the information carefully before saving, particularly when changing the workspace slug.

Danger Zone

PERMANENT ACTION

The Danger Zone contains actions that can permanently affect your workspace and its associated data. Review the information carefully before proceeding.

Delete Workspace

Deleting a workspace permanently removes:

  • All brand assets (logos, images, documents)
  • Website pages and published content
  • Social media posts (scheduled posts will not publish)
  • eCommerce products, orders, and customer data
  • Web2Print order history
  • All brand strategy, logo, and collateral work

Before deleting a workspace, make sure you have downloaded or backed up any information you may need in the future.

What is NOT deleted:

  • Registered domains (remain active through the domain registrar)
  • Stripe payment history (remains in your Stripe account)
  • Published social posts already sent to Instagram/LinkedIn

To delete your workspace:

  1. Click Delete workspace
  2. Type your workspace name to confirm
  3. Click I understand, delete this workspace

Workspace deletion may be permanent and may not be reversible. If you are unsure whether you still need the workspace or its data, contact SIRSTEVEHQ support before proceeding.
