Admin: Full control. Recommended for owners and co-founders only.

Editor: Can create and edit all brand content but cannot change workspace configuration or billing. Ideal for team members, contractors, and agency collaborators.

Viewer: Read-only access. Useful for stakeholders, investors, or clients who need visibility without editing rights.

Inviting a Member

  1. Click Invite member
  2. Enter the person's email address
  3. Select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
  4. Click Send invite

The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. They must create a BrandForge account if they don't already have one.

Pending invites appear in the members list with status Invite pending. You can resend or cancel a pending invite.

Changing a Member's Role

Click the role dropdown next to any member and select a new role. The change takes effect immediately — no confirmation required.

Removing a Member

Click the ⋯ menu next to a member and select Remove from workspace. You'll be asked to confirm.

Removed members lose access immediately. Their previously created content (pages, posts, assets) remains in the workspace.

Seat Limits

The number of members you can invite may depend on your BrandPilot plan or account configuration.

If you reach the available member limit, review your account or billing settings for available options to increase your workspace capacity.
