Yes, but it depends on the status of the invoice and the service it relates to.
At SIRSTEVEHQ, invoices are generated automatically for new orders, renewals, upgrades, and other billable services. If you no longer wish to proceed with a service, you may request that the invoice be cancelled before payment is made, provided the associated service has not already been provisioned or renewed.
When Can an Invoice Be Cancelled?
An unpaid invoice may be eligible for cancellation if:
- The invoice has not been paid.
- The related service has not been activated, renewed, or provisioned.
- The request complies with our billing policies.
Our Billing Team will review your request before cancelling the invoice.
When Can't an Invoice Be Cancelled?
An invoice generally cannot be cancelled if:
- It has already been paid.
- The associated service has already been activated or renewed.
- The invoice relates to a completed domain registration or domain renewal.
- The invoice includes products or services that have already been delivered.
In these cases, our Refund Policy will apply where eligible.
How to Request an Invoice Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an eligible invoice:
- Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
- Contact our Sales Team through a support ticket.
- Provide the invoice number and the reason for your cancellation request.
Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.
Will Cancelling an Invoice Cancel My Service?
Not necessarily.
Cancelling an invoice simply removes the payment request. If you wish to cancel the actual hosting service or product, you should also submit a service cancellation request through your Client Area. Otherwise, future renewal invoices may continue to be generated for active services.
