If your hosting service remains unpaid after the suspension period, it will be terminated in accordance with our billing policy. Termination is the final stage of the service lifecycle and results in the permanent removal of your hosting account from our servers.
To avoid data loss, we strongly encourage all customers to renew their hosting services before the termination date.
What Happens When a Hosting Service Is Terminated?
Once your hosting account is terminated:
- Your website will no longer be accessible.
- All website files will be permanently removed from our servers.
- Databases associated with your hosting account will be deleted.
- Email accounts and all stored emails will be removed.
- FTP accounts, cron jobs, and other hosting configurations will be deleted.
- Any backups associated with the terminated hosting account may also be permanently removed.
- The hosting account cannot be restored unless a valid backup is available.
Termination is intended to free server resources and maintain an efficient hosting environment for all customers.
Can I Recover My Data After Termination?
In most cases, no.
Once a hosting account has been terminated, the data is considered permanently deleted. For this reason, we strongly recommend maintaining your own local backups in addition to the automated backups we provide during the active life of your hosting account.
If you believe your account was terminated recently, you may contact our support team immediately. While we cannot guarantee recovery, we'll check whether any recovery options are still available.
What About My Domain Name?
Hosting termination does not automatically cancel your domain registration.
If your domain is still active, it remains registered in your name until its own expiration date. You can use it again by purchasing a new hosting plan and pointing the domain to the new hosting account.
However, if your domain also expires and is not renewed, it will follow the normal domain expiration lifecycle.
Can I Order Hosting Again?
Yes.
Even after your hosting account has been terminated, you are welcome to purchase a new hosting plan at any time.
Please note:
- A new hosting account will be created.
- Previous website files and emails will not be available unless you have your own backup.
- You will need to upload your website files or restore your website from an available backup.
How to Avoid Termination
To prevent your hosting account from being terminated:
- Pay your renewal invoice before the due date.
- Renew your hosting during the suspension period if your service has already been suspended.
- Keep your billing email address up to date so you receive invoice reminders.
- Contact our Sales Team if you anticipate any delay in payment.
