Renewing your hosting service with SIRSTEVEHQ is simple and only takes a few minutes. We automatically generate renewal invoices before your hosting package expires, giving you plenty of time to renew your service and avoid any interruption to your website.
We strongly recommend renewing your hosting before the due date to ensure your website, email accounts, databases, and other services continue running without interruption.
How to Renew Your Hosting
Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
- Navigate to Billing → My Invoices.
- Locate the hosting renewal invoice with the status Unpaid.
- Click View Invoice.
- Review the invoice details.
- Click Pay Now.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Complete your payment.
Once your payment is successful, your hosting service will automatically be renewed for the next billing period.
When Will I Receive My Renewal Invoice?
Your hosting renewal invoice is generated automatically before your service expires. We also send email reminders to the registered email address on your account to help ensure you don't miss your renewal date.
To avoid missing these notifications, make sure your email address is always up to date in your Client Area.
What Happens If I Renew Early?
You can renew your hosting at any time after your renewal invoice has been generated.
Paying early does not reduce your current hosting period. Instead, your renewal is added to the end of your existing hosting term, so you never lose any remaining time on your service.
What If My Hosting Has Already Expired?
If your hosting invoice is overdue:
- Your service may eventually be suspended according to our billing policy.
- If the invoice remains unpaid, the hosting account may later be terminated.
- Paying the outstanding invoice before termination will allow your service to be restored.
To avoid downtime, we recommend renewing before the due date whenever possible.
Can I Renew for Multiple Years?
Yes. Depending on your hosting plan, you may be able to choose a longer billing cycle, such as annual renewals. Longer billing periods often provide better value and reduce the need for frequent renewals.
