What Happens After Suspension?

If your hosting service is suspended due to an unpaid invoice, don't worry—your service is not immediately deleted. Suspension is a temporary measure that gives you the opportunity to settle your outstanding balance and restore your services before permanent termination.

What Happens When Your Service Is Suspended?

During suspension:

  • Your website will become inaccessible to visitors.
  • Email accounts associated with your hosting package will stop sending and receiving emails.
  • Web applications, databases, and other hosting services will be temporarily unavailable.
  • Your hosting files and data remain stored on our servers during the suspension period.

Your account remains suspended until the outstanding invoice is paid or until it reaches the termination stage.

How Long Does Suspension Last?

Your hosting service remains suspended for 10 days.

During this period:

  • Your hosting account is preserved.
  • You can pay the outstanding invoice at any time.
  • Once payment has been confirmed, your service will be restored as quickly as possible.

Please note that any applicable late payment fees must also be paid before restoration can take place.

What Happens If I Pay During Suspension?

If you settle your outstanding invoice during the suspension period:

  • Your invoice will be marked as Paid.
  • Your hosting service will be restored.
  • Your website, emails, and hosting services will become available again.
  • No additional setup is required from your end.

Most online payments are processed automatically, while bank transfers may require manual verification.

What Happens If I Don't Pay?

If your invoice remains unpaid 10 days after suspension, your hosting service will be terminated.

Once terminated:

  • Your hosting account will be removed from our servers.
  • Website files, databases, emails, backups, and other hosting data may be permanently deleted.
  • Recovery may not be possible after termination.

For this reason, we strongly recommend paying any outstanding invoices before the termination deadline.

How Can I Avoid Suspension?

The best way to avoid service interruptions is to:

  • Pay your invoices before the due date.
  • Monitor your billing notifications and renewal reminders.
  • Keep your contact information up to date so you receive important billing emails.
  • Contact our Billing Team if you have any questions regarding your invoice before it becomes overdue.
