To ensure uninterrupted service, we recommend paying all invoices on or before their due date. If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, your service will follow our standard billing and suspension policy.
What Happens After the Due Date?
If your invoice is not paid on time:
- Your invoice will be marked as Overdue.
- Reminder notifications may be sent to encourage prompt payment.
- Your service will continue to operate during the initial grace period.
4 Days After the Due Date
If your invoice remains unpaid 4 days after the due date:
- Your hosting service will be suspended.
- A 15% late payment fee will be added to the outstanding invoice.
- Your website, email services, and other hosting-related features may become temporarily unavailable until payment is received.
Service suspension is temporary and is intended to encourage timely payment while protecting server resources.
10 Days After Suspension
If the invoice is still not paid 10 days after your service has been suspended:
- Your hosting service will be terminated.
- All associated hosting data, files, emails, databases, and configurations may be permanently removed from our servers.
- Recovering terminated data is NOT possible.
Because of this, we strongly encourage customers to settle overdue invoices before termination occurs.
How to Restore a Suspended Service
If your service has been suspended:
- Pay the outstanding invoice, including any applicable late payment fees.
- Once payment has been confirmed, your service will be restored as soon as possible.
Most online payments are processed automatically, while bank transfers may require manual verification.
Avoid Late Fees and Service Interruptions
To avoid service suspension or termination, we recommend that you:
- Pay your invoices before the due date.
- Keep your email address up to date so you receive invoice notifications.
- Enable automatic payments where available.
- Contact our Sales Team before the due date if you anticipate any billing concerns.
