How to Renew Your Domain
You can renew your domain at any time through your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
To renew your domain:
- Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
- Navigate to Domains or My Domains.
- Select the domain you want to renew.
- Click Renew Domain.
- Complete the payment using your preferred payment method.
- Once payment is confirmed, your domain renewal will be processed automatically.
After successful renewal, your domain's expiration date will be extended immediately or shortly after your payment has been verified, depending on the domain extension.
Renew Before Your Domain Expires
We strongly recommend renewing your domain before its expiration date. Renewing early helps you avoid unnecessary downtime and prevents services linked to your domain from being interrupted.
If your domain expires, the following may happen:
- Your website may become unavailable.
- Email services using the domain may stop working.
- Visitors may no longer be able to access your website.
- Your domain may enter an expiration or redemption period, depending on the domain registry.
- Additional redemption or restoration fees may apply if the domain is not renewed promptly.
