How Do I Cancel My Hosting Plan?
To cancel your hosting service:
- Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
- Navigate to My Services.
- Select the hosting service you wish to cancel.
- Click Request Cancellation.
- Choose either an Immediate Cancellation or End of Billing Period Cancellation.
- Confirm and submit your cancellation request.
Once your request has been submitted, our team will process it accordingly.
Cancellation Options
When cancelling your hosting plan, you can choose between two options:
- Immediate Cancellation – Your hosting account will be terminated as soon as the cancellation request is processed. Your website, emails, databases, and all associated data will become inaccessible.
- End of Billing Period Cancellation – Your hosting service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew automatically.

Back Up Your Data Before Cancelling
