If your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area account or one of your services has been suspended, it is usually due to a specific reason that requires your attention. The most common causes include overdue invoices, violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with our security or verification requirements.
If your hosting service has been suspended, you may notice that your website, email accounts, or other hosting-related services are temporarily unavailable. If your Client Area account has been suspended, you may be unable to log in or manage your services until the issue has been resolved.
Common Reasons for Suspension
- An unpaid or overdue invoice.
- Abuse reports, such as phishing, malware, spam, or other malicious activities.
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorised account access.
- Failure to complete requested account verification.
- Legal or regulatory requirements requiring temporary suspension.
How to Resolve the Issue
Step 1 - Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area, if accessible.
Step 2 - Check for any unpaid invoices or notifications regarding the suspension.
Step 3 - Review any emails sent by SIRSTEVEHQ explaining the reason for the suspension.
Step 4 - If the suspension is due to an overdue invoice, pay the outstanding balance. Once payment has been confirmed, your service may be reactivated automatically or after a review by our team.
Step 5 - If the suspension is related to abuse, policy violations, or security concerns, submit a Support Ticket so our Support Team can review your case and advise you on the next steps.
Please note that paying an invoice does not automatically guarantee reactivation if the suspension was caused by abuse, phishing, malware, or other policy violations. In such cases, the underlying issue must first be resolved before the service can be restored.
If you believe your account or service has been suspended in error, please contact our Support Team by submitting a Support Ticket. Include any relevant information that may help us investigate your case more quickly.
To avoid future suspensions, ensure your invoices are paid before their due dates, keep your contact information up to date, secure your website and applications against malware, and always comply with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
For security and privacy reasons, suspension details may only be discussed with the verified owner of the account.
