How to Renew Your Hosting Service
Step 1 - Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
Step 2 - Navigate to Billing and click My Invoices.
Step 3 - Locate the unpaid renewal invoice for your hosting service.
Step 4 - Open the invoice and review the details.
Step 5 - Select your preferred payment method.
Step 6 - Click Pay Now.
Step 7 - Complete the payment.
Once your payment has been successfully received and verified, your hosting service will be renewed automatically.
How to Check Your Hosting Renewal Date
Step 1 - Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
Step 2 - Navigate to Services.
Step 3 - Click My Services.
Step 4 - Select your hosting service.
Step 5 - View the Next Due Date to see when your hosting service is scheduled for renewal.
When Will My Renewal Invoice Be Available?
Your renewal invoice is generated automatically before your hosting service reaches its due date. Once generated:
- The invoice will appear in your Client Area.
- A copy of the invoice will be sent to your registered email address.
This gives you sufficient time to complete your payment before your hosting service expires.
What Happens If I Don't Renew My Hosting Service?
If your hosting service is not renewed by the due date:
- Your hosting account may become overdue.
- Your website may become inaccessible.
- Email services associated with your hosting account may stop working.
- Your hosting account may be suspended.
- If the service remains unpaid for an extended period, it may be terminated in accordance with our service policies.
To avoid service interruptions and potential data loss, always renew your hosting service before the due date.
Can I Renew My Hosting Service Early?
Yes. Once your renewal invoice has been generated, you can pay it at any time before the due date. Early payment helps ensure uninterrupted service and gives you peace of mind.
What If I Can't Find My Renewal Invoice?
If you cannot locate your renewal invoice:
Step 1 - Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
Step 2 - Navigate to Billing and click My Invoices.
Step 3 - Check whether the renewal invoice has already been generated.
Step 4 - Check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folder.
Step 5 - If you still cannot find the invoice, submit a Support Ticket for assistance.
Important Information
- Hosting services are renewed only after successful payment has been received and verified.
- Receiving a renewal invoice does not mean your hosting service has expired. It is a reminder that payment is due before the renewal date.
- Renewing your hosting service does not automatically renew your domain name unless it is covered by a separate renewal invoice.
- Always ensure your contact email address is up to date so you can receive renewal reminders and invoices.
