Most hosting services are activated automatically within a few minutes after your payment has been successfully received and verified. Once your hosting account has been created, you will receive a welcome email containing your hosting details and login information.
The exact activation time depends on your payment method, the type of hosting service you ordered, and whether any manual verification is required.

- Most hosting accounts are activated within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
- Orders requiring manual review may take longer to process.
- Services paid via bank transfer will be activated after the payment has been verified by our Sales Team.
- VPS, Cloud Servers, or other custom services may require additional provisioning time depending on the configuration requested.
What Happens After My Hosting Is Activated?
Once your hosting account has been successfully activated:
- Your hosting service will appear under Services > My Services in your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
- A welcome email containing your hosting account information will be sent to your registered email address.
- You will receive your hosting control panel login details.
- Your hosting account will be ready for you to upload your website or begin building it.
How to Check if Your Hosting Service Is Active
Step 1 - Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
Step 2 - Navigate to Services.
Step 3 - Click My Services.
Step 4 - Select your hosting service.
Step 5 - Check the service status. If your hosting has been activated, the status will display as Active.
Why Hasn't My Hosting Been Activated Yet?
Your hosting service may still be pending for one of the following reasons:
- Your payment has not yet been completed.
- Your payment is awaiting verification.
- You paid via bank transfer and the payment has not yet been confirmed.
- Your order is undergoing a security or fraud review.
- Additional information is required to process your order.
- There is a temporary delay in provisioning your hosting account.
I Have Paid, but My Hosting Is Still Pending
If you have completed your payment but your hosting service is still showing as Pending after a reasonable period:
Step 1 - Confirm that your payment was successful.
Step 2 - Check your registered email address for any messages from SIRSTEVEHQ.
Step 3 - Log in to your Client Area and verify the status of your order and invoice.
Step 4 - If your hosting service is still pending, submit a Support Ticket.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number.
- Your invoice number.
- Your domain name.
- Your payment reference or transaction ID.
- Proof of payment, if applicable.
This information will help our team verify your payment and process your hosting service as quickly as possible.
Important Information
- Your hosting service will only be activated after successful payment verification.
- If you registered a new domain together with your hosting package, your domain must also be successfully registered before it can be used with your hosting service.
- After your hosting account has been activated, you may still need to point your domain to the correct nameservers or configure your DNS records if your domain is registered with another provider.
- If you are transferring an existing website to SIRSTEVEHQ, your website will become accessible once the migration is complete and your domain is correctly configured.
