Your Credit Balance is money that has been added to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area account. Instead of making a new payment each time you purchase or renew a service, you can use your available credit to pay for eligible invoices quickly and conveniently.
Your credit balance is linked to your Client Area account and can be used for future purchases or renewals without needing to enter your payment details each time.
How Does Credit Balance Work?
When you add funds to your account, the amount is stored as account credit. Whenever you have an unpaid invoice, you can use your available credit to pay all or part of the invoice, provided your balance is sufficient.
If your available credit is greater than or equal to the invoice amount, the invoice can be paid entirely using your credit balance.
If your available credit is less than the invoice amount, your credit will be applied first, and you will only need to pay the remaining balance.
How to View Your Credit Balance
Step 1 - Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
Step 2 - Navigate to Billing.
Step 3 - Click Add Funds.
Step 4 - Your available account credit will be displayed.
How to Add Funds to Your Credit Balance
Step 1 - Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
Step 2 - Navigate to Billing.
Step 3 - Click Add Funds.
Step 4 - Enter the amount you wish to add.
Step 5 - Choose your preferred payment method.
Step 6 - Complete your payment.
Once your payment has been successfully received and verified, the funds will be added to your account credit and will be available for future use.
How to Pay an Invoice Using Your Credit Balance
Step 1 - Log in to your SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area.
Step 2 - Navigate to Billing > My Invoices.
Step 3 - Open the unpaid invoice you wish to pay.
Step 4 - If you have sufficient account credit, the system will automatically apply your available credit or give you the option to use it during checkout.
Step 5 - If there is any remaining balance after your credit has been applied, complete the payment using one of the available payment methods.
What Can I Use My Credit Balance For?
Your credit balance can generally be used for eligible products and services, including:
- Hosting renewals.
- New hosting orders.
- Domain registrations.
- Domain renewals.
- Domain transfers.
- SSL certificates.
- VPS and other eligible hosting services.
- Other invoices issued through your Client Area.
Important Information
- Your credit balance can only be used within your own SIRSTEVEHQ Client Area account.
- Credit cannot be transferred to another customer's account.
- Credit cannot be used until your payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Any unused credit will remain in your account until you choose to use it for eligible invoices.
- Credit expires after 12 months.
