Settings → Account → Integrations connects BrandPilot to your external tools — analytics platforms, marketing tools, payment providers, and automation services.
The integrations page shows all available connectors organized by category: All, Analytics, Marketing, Payments, Automation.
Available Integrations
Analytics
Google Analytics
Category: Analytics
Track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels from your BrandForge website.
What it enables:
- Pageview and session tracking
- Traffic source analysis (organic, social, direct)
- Conversion goal tracking
- Audience demographics and behavior
How to connect:
- Click Connect next to Google Analytics
- Sign in with your Google account
- Select your Google Analytics 4 property
- Click Allow to grant access
- BrandPilot inserts the GA4 tracking script into your website automatically
Required: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property. Universal Analytics (UA) is no longer supported by Google.
Meta Pixel
Category: Analytics
Track conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads and retarget website visitors.
What it enables:
- Purchase and conversion event tracking
- Custom audience creation (website visitors, purchasers)
- Facebook and Instagram ad attribution
- Dynamic product ads
How to connect:
- Click Connect next to Meta Pixel
- Log in with your Facebook / Meta Business account
- Select your Meta Pixel ID from the dropdown
- Click Confirm
Required: A Meta Business account with an active Pixel.
Payments
Stripe Payments
Category: Payments
Accept card payments, manage orders, and process refunds for your eCommerce store.
What it enables:
- Credit and debit card payments at checkout
- Automatic order payment processing
- Refund processing from the Orders module
- Payout to your bank account
How to connect:
- Click Connect next to Stripe Payments
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's Connect flow
- Log in with your Stripe account (or create one)
- Review and accept the permissions
- You'll be redirected back to BrandPilot — Stripe shows as Connected
Payouts: BrandPilot sends order revenue to your Stripe account, which then pays out to your linked bank account on Stripe's standard schedule (typically 2–7 business days depending on country).
Marketing
Mailchimp
Category: Marketing
Sync your customer list and trigger automated email marketing campaigns.
What it enables:
- Automatic sync of new store customers as Mailchimp subscribers
- Tag customers by product purchased or order value
- Trigger welcome emails, abandoned cart flows, and post-purchase sequences
How to connect:
- Click Connect next to Mailchimp
- Log in with your Mailchimp account
- Select the audience list to sync to
- Click Connect audience
Automation
Zapier
Category: Automation
Automate workflows by connecting BrandPilot with 5,000+ apps — no code required.
What it enables:
Use BrandPilot as a trigger or action in Zaps:

How to connect:
- Click Connect next to Zapier
- Copy your BrandPilot API key
- In Zapier, search for the BrandPilot app
- Paste your API key and click Connect
Integration Status
Each integration card shows its current status:

| Connected | Active and working — shows connection date |
| Connect | Not yet configured — click to set up |
| Reconnect | Previously connected but access was revoked |
| Error | Connected but experiencing issues — click for details |
Disconnecting an Integration
Click ⋯ → Disconnect on any connected integration. This removes BrandPilot's access to the external service. Existing data in the third-party tool is not affected.
